Refund Policy

Effective October 6, 2026

CampSzn has one paid plan, an annual subscription that renews each year until you cancel. It's sold by White Oak Design Works, LLC.

Cancel any time

Cancel from Manage billing in the app's Settings. Your subscription won't renew, and you keep the paid features until the end of the year you paid for. We don't give partial refunds for the rest of that year.

Refunds within 7 days

If you're charged and change your mind, email us within 7 days of the charge, whether it's your first payment or a renewal. Refunds are at our discretion, and we'll answer every request. We send a reminder before each renewal, so a charge shouldn't come as a surprise.

A refund goes back to the card you paid with. It usually shows up in 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. A refund ends paid access right away and cancels the subscription.

After paid access ends

Free features keep working, and you can still see everything you made, including windows, trips, and weather. You can subscribe again at any time.

Deleting your account

Deleting your account cancels your subscription immediately, without a refund for the rest of the year. If you were charged in the last 7 days, email us about a refund before you delete.
